DIGS Construction & ADU Builders (“DIGS,” “we,” “us”) operates digswa.com. This policy explains what we collect when you use the site, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
- Information you give us. When you submit a contact or consultation form, or call or email us, we receive what you provide — typically your name, phone number, email address, project address and a description of what you're considering building.
- Usage information. Like most websites, we collect standard analytics — pages visited, approximate location, referring site, device and browser type — through Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Advertising data. We run Google Ads, and conversion tags record when a visit from an ad leads to a form submission or a call, so we can tell which ads work.
How we use it
We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, prepare feasibility and pricing information, and communicate with you about your project. We use analytics and advertising data to understand how the site is used and to improve it.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us operate the business — our website host, our analytics and advertising providers, and JobTread, the construction-management platform we use to manage projects and intake. These providers handle the data on our behalf. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses cookies for analytics and advertising measurement. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work. You can opt out of Google Analytics specifically using Google's browser add-on, and you can manage ad personalization in your Google account settings.
Retention and security
We keep project inquiries for as long as we may reasonably need them for the project or our business records. We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email eric@digswa.com and we'll take care of it. If you'd rather not be contacted, tell us and we'll stop.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top of this page.
